Under what exact conditions does it jerk. Hard acceleration or normal? When did you have the transmission flushed last? Front and rear diff?

It could be a shift between 4th and 5th. But there isnt much information to go on as the type of jerk and conditions and such.

Is the jerk between gear changes or does it feel like it's jerking under the same gear while you are cruising at the same speed on a flat road? We're not going to be very helpful without more information.

there is a TSB out for harsh shifting between I believe 3-4th that I brought mine in for.

they ended up replacing lots more bits and pieces here and there, but when I got it back I don't get jerked around anymore..

nothing as I had just bought the car and looked up harsh shifting. I don't recall if they swapped out the transfer case for that particular issue, but my first 4 months the car was in the shop for about 10 days for MANY different issues.
