Thought I'd post this and ask if anything else has been seen about it.

This secret G will be that model. Rumor is that it will also sport a V8, Toyota has graciously agreed to finance a higher breathing performance oriented head built by Yamaha to be bolted onto the 4.5L used in the M45 in exchange for Nissan buying more hybrid technology. However displacement will been bumped up to 4.9Liter. The vehicle will be called the G50. It will be detuned to around 475hp and 380ft lb redlining close to 7500rpm and slowly crank up as competition closes in.

Erm, it would be nice, but alot of that article just doesn't make any sense. Like why would Toyota want Nissan to create a vehicle that is in direct compitition with the IS-F? And I think too much is riding on the GT-R to succeed for Nissan to release another, vastly similar car, around the same time.

Would be nice though! As long as its a coupe.

Well I have heard rumors about this car, but I highly doubt it will come out anytime soon as the GT-R hasnt even been released yet. It would be a sweet car if it was light and a coupe

I'm very suprised that Nissan/Infiniti has produce no FI vehicles in their performance line-up... The Skyline kinda turned luxury on our continent. The 03 Intro in the US was mirrored in Japan with the skyline, but why no tt factory set-up....

I know they could produce upwards of 350hp, and have less weight than the 4.5 8cyl...??? Does anyone else have this question??? Why? I've read on here, "there is no replacement for displacement" and, of course, this is why I drive my G, but would'nt it be nice???
