What's up guys, I just have a few questions about my coupe. I currently have 20x8.5 rims on my car with low pro tires, now i'm getting spring for my car, how much lower can I drop my car to have the tires sitting right under the wheel weld without it scrubbing on every bump or turn?

I also, am getting my turbo kit installed very soon, and was woudnering if the turbo kit works better on a CVT or a 6SPD. I can currently have a CVT, BUT I have the choice to switch it to 6SPD, so I guess i'm woudnering what would be the difference in HP/ gain in spd/acc.

With the lambo door kit from verticaldoors.com, do the doors fit prefectly or is there some slack on it wher eit doesn't fit
correctly, also is this a project easy enough to do by oneself?

thnx for the inputs about to come.

Turbo kits seem to give trouble for CVT transmissions. As in they stop working. Maybe violently? I don't have first-hand experience, because the turbo kit for the 3.5 CVT is $6-7k. And that's not happening.

Don't know enough about the Eibach (I assume that's what you're getting) to tell you about the drop+rims. How much space is in between the rim and the fender now?

20x8.5 w 38 offset w eibach is no issue

2 general rules
Manual is always better for turbos
Vertical doors always pose problems in the long run

eibachs drop 1 and 1.5 inches..i'm with everyone here. if i had the ability to switch to a 6sp i would as well.
the great thing about this forum is that they have a bunch of DIY(Do it yourself) instructions on to do certain things. i"m a complete newbie, and thanks to this forum, i learned how to wire my headlights, take off my bumper and put it back on, take off my taillights, and tons of information on what parts to get etc.. and the peeps here are friendly and will help ya if needed.

If you have money for the turbo buy coilovers they are the look you are going for Eibachs will be to high. Only drop 1-1.5" not just at the tire like you are talking about.
