a few quik questions

ok the snow is almost gone and it will be my first time pulling my car out of winter storage.I plan on changing my oil,standerd trany fluid and battery becouse of my new sterio i got.Is there anything else i should consider doing???? Oyeah and lastyear wile shifting into 3rd gear it would grind not always but once and awile.Does anyone no why this could be happening i am hopeing that the transmission fluid change will fix it but thats wishfull thinking.oh and one more thing geeeze i hope this isnt a painfull summer with wasting mony on repairing wen i could be spending on performance.also once and awile the transmission will make a wied noise al most like a grinding sound wen its in nutrual it rarly does it and it seems if i shake the shifter around it stops but i could b wrong lol thanks for reading this and any help given.

Another thing that you should do when you take it out of storage is put a fuel stabilizer in the gas tank before you start it. And also, give it a nice wash and wax.

The transmission thing sounds like the synchros might be going bad, which is a pretty common problem on Z's. Change the fluid and that might help the problem.

syncros hey???? hmmmm any idea how much that would run me if that were the problem.thanks

I personally don't have a clue what it would cost you to change synchros, but it definitely would not be cheap as they would have to tear the transmission apart.

Use Redline Synthetic MT90 in your manual transmission when you do the fluid change. It should solve your noise issues
