A few Questions...

Ok so ive done some searching and cant put together the awnsers for the few questions i have lingering so far. (ive posted this same set of questions on some sites i wont name and just get bs from everyone no one attempts to help at all.

Heres some basic information about my car...
1992 240sx Fastback SE (KA24DE-T)
~5 Speed Swap
~unknown turbo (came off a porsche i was told) pretty decently sized. all markings were grinded off so i cant even look it up.
~Custom exhaust manifold
~Turbonetics Deltagate II External Wastegate
~Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
~Midnite Tuning Intercooler=piping (pretty beat up) will replace
~Battery Relocation
~Recirc BOV
~2.5inch Exhaust with cat and stock muffler (serious? i know right thats getting changed soon) any suggestions? i was thinking megan gt muffler and 3 inches from downpipe.
~The car has the stock injectors right now.
but came with a fuel rail with sr20 injectors but cant keep them in because he sold the FMU and it runs too rich i guess. but wouldnt the ka injectors run to lean at higher rpms?(which i wont get into trust me.) (so its not tuned... grrr.)

^^^all this for 900 bucks.

Now.

My car was 5 speed swapped and i got my hands on a 92 5speed ecu (checked on jwt) for free seeing the only thing that wasnt switched in the swap was the ecu. So heres my actual question.

1) Is the 5 speed ecu just plug right in without anything shorting out..?
2) are there any wiring diagrams i might need to make any sensors work?
3) and would i really need them and what purpose do they serve?
4) will the rev limiter work and are the fuel maps really diffrent? ( i plan on nistune i think down the road so id rather have the manual ecu to put it in...)


now outside the ecu. just four more questions.

1)My car diesels when i shut it off (runs a second or two it seems and like dies) what could i do to fix this or the real question is where should i start looking?.. i was told timing. if that sounds correct what should i set it at?

2) car is hard to start... well more like slow like a dead battery.. it looks as tho the battery is new and im going to get it tested tho.. but my question is. the battery was relocated to the trunk... and im guessing the wire he used (looks to be a amp wire for a sub) may not be letting all the amps make it to the starter? or the ground in the rear is bad? may just be the battery ill get it tested? i hope its not the starter...

3)my idle hunts when you first fire it up hot or cold it seems but when driving its a steady but high idle some direction with this too?


to just clarify a little more. i dont plan on beating on this car its going to be a daily driver for a month or so(so being that its out of tune and running with ka injectors will it be ok if i babay it?) while i work out the bells and whistles in replacing my entire suspension on my altima so it will be driven to work and school for a little bit.

sorry about all the questions in one. it seems easier this way i guess

hey what ecu did you get?
make sure its for your year car.
if its a stock ecu, you would probably want to source a ecu from jwt, etc.
on the harness are you missing wires? or is it all butchered?
for your battery wire, what gauge?
check your grounds.

man, 900 bucks uh, seems like a good deal, you have pictures?
they guy you bought it from probably wanted to get rid of it.
you will have to check everything.- everything.
as for quick answers, man you'd have to search for some, but that's why they have that button on the right.

yeah the year matches up its the manual ecu like it says on JWT
the harness is just fine it looks to me.
uhm the gauge id have to check whats the norm or a amp wire? thats whats in there

yea i have some pictures ill post them up later
the guy i bought it from has a daughter now so needed a family car hes a friend of a friend and his dad makes like 9 second drag cars out of old datsuns lol so i kinda trust him ya kno lol
ive been in the process of checking everything.. one by one lol
and ive done alot of searching to no avail to awnser the questions how i would ask them you know. i did tons of research before i bought it too.
i mean its rough around the edges lots i wanna change and make it better.

i got more than the basics for cheap and i want to build from here.
