Alright first and foremost im going to admit im fairly new to the nuts and bolts of a turbo kit, but have done enough (7 years) of research on the subject so im not exactly a noob to this specific topic. I have over 10 years experience of working on cars, rebuilding 350's, ect. You can flame me for my ebay XS stuff if you want, i didnt know exactly what i was getting myself into at the time, and i realyyyy dont care. When it breaks, ill tig/mig it or replace it. This being said, i plan to upgrade in the near future, but for now i got what i got, and im going to make it work.

Alright, first question, i gathered the information that the SR side-feed injectors are a drop in replacement for the KA from a sticky post so i bought a set of used 550 Sard/Denso injectors for an SR. I received them today, and they appear to be about a little bit less than a half an inch longer than the KA's injectors. The bottom o-ring groove looks like its in the right place to have a tight seal, but im not sure.

Second question, my manifold has a bung and a nipple on it that looks like it was designed to hook up to a vacuum line. Really have no idea about this one, anyone else? Im sure you have all seen the XS-Power/SSAC manifold but for those who havnt, i have prepared a horror show for you. I lmao when i saw how the collector was done.

As a sidenote, im doing a full writeup on my DIY turbocharging experience. As of now i have a pretty complete writeup on how to take the intake manifold off with only a limited amount of swearing. I really didnt think it was that bad. Will post all this later, tryin to give a small portion back of what iv taken from NICO, this web sight rocks <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://images.nicoclub.com/forums/image ... owdown.gif" BORDER="0">
