A few question about oil change and tires

I don't know what kind of oil the car used before and I am think about switch to synthetic mobile 1. Do I have to change the oil filter?What is the recommended mileage interval between Mobil 1 changes?What is the best price for an oil change from a dealer(If I bring a bottle of oil with me)? A shop? What's included?

Freaking winter is coming, I am getting a set of snow tires(I got some sams club gift card). Any recommendation?

You need to change every 3500-5000 depending on kind of driving!

Yes You always change the filter when you change the oil!

Pretty much covered it all above.

But you'll need more than a bottle of oil for your car, I believe it's 5. The infiniti by me charges approx. 45 dollars for a regular oil change, taking in to account that you have the oil provided it should be similar.

5 bottles just got my oil changed yesterday

$40 for 5 bottles of Royal Purple and $26 for labor at a local shop i trust. (plus i get to watch them do it... )
