-Lower Center of gravity -The top mount manifold is "done" -Easier/better down pipe -Flow to turbo is in the correct scroll position (very good reason) -I like the look of the runner better myself... we may be able to sneak a nice AMS logo on there too which will really set it off.frsh13 wrote:why bottom mount? I know the phat ka-t kit was also bottom mount manifold. Is there an advantage to this?
The BMC will be accounted for, there will be a nice heat shield or some heat retention material on the manifold, or both.rotorimp wrote:Is there going to be any heat protection for the master cylinder? That reservoir will take on a whole new shape once that thing heats up How do you plan on running that hot pipe--looks like the PWR Steering reservoir is in the way.
I'm wondering the sameLEMHEAD16 wrote:Is there going to be any SOHC love?
The only thing at this point that may need relocation would be the PS res. We have hung everything from our GT32 E cover to our GT37 S cover turbo and they all fit. If your not running AC, the discharge can be pointed down for a cleaner install. Tial WG flange is standard. Price is to be determined.KATwo40 wrote:Couple questions...
1. Will this work with a T3/T04E with the standard .60 A/R compressor, without relocating stuff?
2. Is it setup for a Tial wastegate?
3. What will be the cost on this manifold?
Thanks!
