Get the sedan if you have a family, much easier to live with. They're close as far as power goes. The coupe is more agressive with 6MT suspension, but you could always get aftermarket parts for the sedan. Personaly, I like the looks of the coupe...but my wife likes the sedan better. All up to you!

As far as drifting, the coupe will drift without the TCS on.

They are both RWD, with the sedan having the option of all-wheel drive (G35X)

If you are looking for a 05-06, the engines are the same with their respective transmissions. The 03-04 sedans have 20 less HP than the coupes with the auto transmission. The 6MT's are both rated at 280 HP. The 07's will have 306 HP under the new SAE HP, equivalent to about 315 BHP. The coupes will not be changing for the 07 model year.

...or a 350z...I'd have one if I wasn't married! But the G is more comfortable for longer drives. Your choice really; test drive 'em both!
