Yes some of these questons may be nub and yes i have searched but there are few Q's thst i cant seem to find a good answer / suffecient answer.Never turboed any thing before so this will be my first attempt so i want to get every thing correct the first time.

My goal will be 180 or so hp / 5 to 7 psi Just wanna get my foot in the door and have a reliable ride

1. ok so for the fuel injectors im gonna get the 370cc sr ones. Just wanna know do they just bolt right in to the stock KA fuel rail?

2. If i do just bolt the SR injectors into the KA rail without any ecu mods will they still inject the same ammount of fuel as the stock KA injectors ?

3. Ive seen on the forums a bunch of people have to upgrade to the warbrol 255 fuel pump when goin turbo so i understand that part but with the new added pressure / fuel flow will the stock FPL be able to handle it?Ive seen a few people sayin that after the install of the pump they run really rich now is just cuz there FPL is old and needs to be replaced or is the new added flow / pressure too much for the stock FPL?

4. Now the main queston Fuel management. Ive read at least 50 or so posts on the subject and they all seem to be conflicting some say item A will work fine the other say item A will only work if u have item B with it. Then still other say both item A and B suck get item C if u dont want to blow your engine. So i alredy know i cant afford a standalone unit 600$ a pop is a bit much atm. So ive come to the conclusion that a Rom and SFAC will both be required to have my set up run properly?

I want to have a rock solid set up it dosent need to have all the fancy stuff but i dont want any rigged crap either. goin for reliable.

TY for any info : )

ok im just gonna say two things that i think will cover it all.you want a walbro for anything more then a t25 with 370 injectors.ok 1. your gonna want a rom tune for anything more then a t25 good rom tunes run u 500-600 bucks, but it will adjust your fuel maps and thus fix the pressure question you had.2. you will want a nismo fpr as it will handle this increased fuel flow.that is all.. oh and avoid safx tunning at all cost.

going turbo ur gonna want a walbro period. If u only want 180 HP, and are boosting 5-7 PSI then I suggest the cheapest, and fulproof way around. That is by running a T25, eBay T2 bottom mount manifold, SR20 down pipe, eBay, intercooler, 3" exhaust (eBay), some BOV or a cheap by-pass valve. Then for tuning get a 8:1 or 12:1 (not sure which one do some research over on the KAT fourm) and retard the base timing.

Cheap power, and reliable. Just do some research before you post next time, I read way more stuff than I actually post. GL

What he said. And 8:1 will be perfect for that kind of setup.

OP - Go to KAT forum and Razi's build. His is like the exact same build.

see, I seem knowledgeable. But I am really only repeating what I have read. I'm trolling there, zilvia, and used to read on that KA-t.org or whatever but I hate they way that site looks/laid out.

So anyway, just READ READ READ.

And Welcome

P.S. I'm not turbo, but planning on it after I get everything else done first.
