They do look big. The cams are pretty big overlap and lift (70/30 30/70 @ 50 thou) so the valves more or less chase the pistons down the bores. They've been cut for 2mm min clearence.All the plugs were out when the block was dipped so I think they have been changed.

so youre doing this for NA? those cams seem too aggressive for forced induction.

Yes, NA. Don't like forced induction engines, particularly turbos. Wanted that sort of response that you only get from mad revvy NA motors. This is a track day / twisty back road car, not a dragster.
