Does adjusting the idle screw, throttle adjust, or the screw on your ECU to change your idle speed affect your air to fuel ratio any? :help

No. Although, theoretically it could effect the a/f ratio slightly at idle. However, at idle, your ECU is in closed loop mode, and adjusts a/f ratio based on the O2 sensor. Adjusting your idle screw will definitely not effect a/f ratio at anything over idle, either.
