A/F ratio...fuel problem ecu???

I'm having a hard time with my car having the correct a/f ratio throughout my powerband.I've messed with my Adjustable fpr trying different psi but to no avail.If I adjust my fuel psi:Either I'm too lean normal driving or too rich WOT.Currently at 33-34 psi at idle. Driving normal it's right at 14.7ish which is perfect. Under boost it is mid-low 10's, running 12psi. Spark isn't being blown out, can feel the car holding back.....*Going to check timing tomorrow*Any other ideas?Car pulls nicely, but those low a/f ratio is killing my in 3rd/4th. Only done a couple pulls.
