Regarding legal actions

I feel your pain, probably more so than anyone else here . Forgive me for not reading the whole thread, but were you in the car when this happened? If so, were you injured? Either way, I'd find a good lawyer and sue. That should fairly easily get you enough to get a new S chassis. Just takes awhile. My wreck was a month ago, but we don't expect to settle until nearly Spring. Just in time for my birthday and the GT-R release though, eh? Parting it out will help as well, there's still a bunch of good meat on that car.
