ok ive heard of people using Z32 MAF do you need a ecu update to do this also will the Q45 throttle body bolt up

true, i heard Type R stickers and SIR stickers help throughout the powerband also.

yes you will need a remap, and no the q45 tb will not bolt up but why would you want to fit one anyways?
