1. Yes. It has happened several times in both of my push button cars, Infiniti and Subaru. Personally, it does not concern me.
2. Don't know. This platform is relatively young and not very common so these types of things have probably not been attempted yet. I would hope that it is as simple as just swapping them out.
3. Known issue(s). There are several threads here that cover a small variety of odd Bluetooth behaviours. My Bluetooth always sounds perfect but sometimes it disconnects and reconnects on its own very quickly. Most of the time it starts playing right where it left off, other times I need to press play in the Bluetooth menu or on the phone to get it started again. Maybe twice since I purchased the car it has stopped working until I cycle the cars Bluetooth off/on.
1. Got it. I won't worry too much about it then. The M is my first push button car (upgraded from a 2008 Acura TL) so I wasn't sure if this was something that's common.
2. That's what I'm hoping for, but considering that the cluster is really pricey (since I have to buy new and program the mileage to match), this is unfortunately not something that I'd like to just assume. I did call Infiniti Corporate (both Canada and US) and they told me to call the dealership. The dealerships, of course, didn't have a clue.
3. Okay cool. I won't bother with this either then. I just find it very annoying.
Thanks for your response, Debonair!
