Finally got a trip back out to the drag strip after a few months. I wore the tread off my Mickey Thompson drag radials, so I switched to my Mickey Thompson ET Streets just for giggles. The car was trapping high 120's, low 130's all night. Seemed to be down a little on MPH, however I attribute that to the ET Streets.

Ended up winning the 'fastest import' title of the evening, 100 bucks in cash, and a decent sized trophy

10.7 @ 130

I'd like to throw on a different boost controller and try for a little more than 25-26psi.......I feel my profec S is crapping out and not letting me make more

Pretty damn good... gotta feel good to take home some cash, and a nice title.

My times are pretty damn close to yours.... just out of curiosity what were your 1/8 mile times/mph? And how did your 60's compare between the slicks and et streets? If anything I would have think you would pick up a little mph on the streets and loose a little at the 60'.

Believe it or not, I've actually 60'd better on my ET Street Radials (1.465) I think the best I've 60'd on my ET Streets is a mid to low 1.5....

My 10.7 pass I trapped 102 in the 1/8th @ around 7.0 i believe

Cordova typically is a really good track, besides being the oldest operating drag-strip in the US!

Where I'm at (peoria) you have a few options. Cordova is the shortest drive (around 2 hours with a trailer) Alternatively you can go to Rt 66 in Joliet, which is about 2.5 hours, and then theres Gateway which is about 3 hours from peoria

used to help prep the track a year ago at cordova, along with some local tracks like eddyville, and cedar falls. . .joliet is a good track. but one of the best is cordova hands down.

Oh and BTW great car..

Andy! Good to see the Z is still running strong man. Great couple of runs you posted there.

I'll be sure to show my pop your videos. He asks on occasion if you still have the car.
