response depends on the turbo you use.....you could use a garret disco potato and have full boos at 2500 if you want, all depends on the power you wanna make. from what ive seen most are getting boost at abut 3200-3800 iirc.

I've got full boost at 3000rpms on a gti-r t28 on my 91 ka. Pulls all the way to redline as well.

a v8. good idea

well as for power, im lookin to make around 400.

i drift my 240 and im just about done doing all the suspension work. so once the cage is done i'd like to dip into the engine and see what can be done. theres no way i'd put a v8 in here cause it took a while to get the car to have a really nice balance to it.

i forgot to ask how much power you guys are making also. i been reading lots and lots of posts but i dont really hear much about the response. but if it could kick in at about 4k up to red line then thats just fine. but im sketchy about gettin a kat. an sr20 seems easier to get more power out of quickly. the kat's seem to need more parts to get more power.
