Next spring im goin to completely rebuild my KA with the AMS rebuild kit and am wondering if i should get my engine balanced then?

also how much HP will deatchworks 810cc injectors support?

Ive been looking into getting an upgraded flywheel...just wondering if it is really worth it?

810's should be good for ~550whp.

Yes you should balance your engine. Don`t forget to have the flywheel and pressure plate balanced as well. I did not have to balance the AMS rods or Arias pistons.

so if i get the AMS rebuild kit which comes with teh AMS rods and arias pistons...i wont need to get it all rebalanced?

We had the whole rotating assembly balanced and found that the pressure plate was the most out of balance.

so i should be fine without balancing everything...just get the flywheel and and stuff balanced

Get the whole rotating assembly balanced. I was just letting you know when I took everything to the machine shop I didn`t have to do anything to the rods and pistons.

That end up being true for me as well.

My arias pistons weren't very well balanced from factory. My machinist had to remove a total of 7 grams from 3 of the pistons to match up the weights. The rods however were all really close withing eachother.

The flywheel was the most out of balance thing on my motor, he was suprised that it even spun around without exploding.

where do you take it to get balanced and how much does that normally cost?? what does the shop all need?
