A/C Wheel Fitment Question...buying today!

So I posted this in the suspension/wheel/tire section, but wanted to put it here also because more traffic and its Coupe specific.

OK Ive read the fitment sticky, still not sure if this set-up will work. Im going to order these wheels/tires TODAY so I want to be sure I wont have issues.Im running the Eibach drop on my '08 A/C.

Stock Wheels: 17" x 7", 45 offsetStock tires: 215/55/17

My new packageWheels: 19" x 8.5", 45 offset (same as stock)Tires: 245/40/19

Stock OD: 26.3"245/40 OD: 26.7"

I know Im within 3% of the stock size, do I need to worry about rubs with the slight increase in OD and width, and also with the Eibachs?

Any/all input from the experts is greatly appreciated.
