I just bought a used 93 240 from a private seller in NC, and was wondering if anyone can give me some instructions on removing the a/c vent/trim around the shifter and e-brake...I want to take them out to clean them as well as possible, the guy obviously didn't clean the car very much.

Thanks guys =)

The piece of trim on the console around the shifter and HVAC controls is held in by metal clips. Just take off the shift knob and pull up on the flat part on the console, and pull away from the part around the HVAC. Just a firm tug should do it. Just reverse the process to put it back on.
