A/c Vent continously running

Alright so my vents are constantly passing air, its obviously more air if i am driving at a higher speed.

i got in my mom's alti today and nothing when you turn the fan to off nothing comes out.

on mine fan is off and the air will still pass through

is everyone elses like this ??

Yeah mine does, push the button so it is internal air circulation...
