how do I change the in cabin micro filter on my 2001 nissan pathfinder

Empty the contents of your glove box. Drop it down by releasing the little retractable string that hold the glove box when it's open. Take off the glove box. The black box behind the glove contains the microfilter. The filter is held in with one "c" clip and it slides right out.
