A/C seats retrofit?
Hello,I just got my 04 M45, but unfortunately it doesn't have heated/cooled seats.I checked and I think I can buy some seats from the junk yard, how hard would be to retrofit them? Many thanks in advance!

Honestly, you'll be disappointed at the results. Even for MN, the efect of heat & cool in these things is likely to be poor.
The heat isn't very hot & the cool isn't very cool. Something may be better than nothing, sure...but for the hassle and $, I would get an aftermarket heated seat pad and use the ciggy lighter plug. Put the $ towards your home heating, vacation, etc.

It will probably be more hassle than its worth, being you will have to rewire a lot of stuff underneat the seats. It's certianly doable, and if you have the cash lying around, go for it - but it's really not worth the hassle IMO.

If you want it do it. But to be honest I have it on my 06 M and haven't use it the first time.
