Ok so I got my Dual Altima E-fans and Im going to be installing them today. Im going to set them up so one fan is alwayes on, and the other one is going to be hooked up to the old A/C temp sensor. Here is my question, when I removed my whole A/C system a while back to make room for my oil cooler, I also went ahead and removed the A/C relay too. Now will I need to put that back in, inorder for my Fan to kick in at what ever temperature the A/C fan kicks in? and would the A/C button inside my car have to be pushed in at all times?

Depends The AC fan relay is controlled by the ECU.Will turn the fan if:AC is on (button pressed) and car is below 25 mphOrECU sees an overheat situation (temp over 212)

Stock S14 has a 2 speed fan:

Low at ~202F

High at ~212F or 220F, can't remember.

High any time the A/C is on.

SO...wire one Altima fan to the stock S14 plug.

Wire the other through TWO new relays...one for each speed (i.e. each pair of wires). You have them turn on when you ground the relays with a switch, or use a controller.

Here's a pic of what to trim off to get them to fit between the frame rails, and clear the A/C line:

Hope that helps.

HMM weird I bought my fans off of ebay seposto be after market for Altima. But they fit perfectly over my koyo KA Radiator all I did was use some heavy duty zip ties and they hold really nicely. I also hooked up both the fans onto two manul switches. Each switch allows me to use the dual speeds of the fan. I also have a sticky on my window sayin TURN ON THE FANS hehehe :-p
