A/C recirculate fan

I recently replaced the A/C compressor on my 95 j30. It works perfect but the recirculate fan stopped working after a couple of weeks. Is it a relay or a fuse? and where is it? also my air bag light started flashing while driving. Im new to the site so any help would be great.

The fan is behind the Glove box.

To reset the air bag circuit..

Turn the key to on and hit the door open switch (Down low on the door frame)
Seven times withing 10 seconds.

Thanks for the quick response. I may not have been clear on my fan issue, the fan function properly on all speeds its just when i push the recirculate button on the dash it does not make the air blow harder. I will try the air bag reset. The car is a 95
