a/c quit working

1995 200sx SE, last compressor fried the clutch, replaced it, charged it, wouldn't work. Found fuse in battery fuse block blown, replaced it, other fuses are good as well as the relay. I know the new compressor works because if I ground one of the pins on the relay the compressor kicks in.

HELP PLEASE.

Sounds like the relay is the culprit if you have to ground it out. Trying using a different relay and see what happens.
