A/C Questions

Hello!I have a 240 that did not originaly come with A/C. Therefore the HVAC controls do not have the a/c button. I bought a HVAC controls that has the a/c button. Can I just plug this in using the same wire harness? Would I be able to add an evaporator and an AC unit to my wire harness?

The newer Nissans are wired for a/c from the factory and if you go to a junkyard you can get the parts you need. The connectors are taped to the harnesses with blue tape. Depending on the year the dealer may still be able to get the kit which has all the parts and instructions. There are some a/c shops that can install aftermarket a/c kits.
