When I turn ON the A/C after a little while, water starts dripping from underneath, is that normal or should I take it to the dealer for inspection?

This is normal, it's just condensation in the air conditioner, your home air conditioner does the same thing.

Water dripping is normal. It's just a matter of condensation. I see it all the time here in PHX.
