a/c question... please help

Since the 93 altima and the 93 240sx both have the ka24de engine with the slight difference that one is front wheel drive and the other rear wheel drive, could the a/c compressor off of the altima work on the 240sx. I am trying to get a good deal off of ebay, unless someone can hook me up with an a/c compressor. Thanks guys. I have a 93 nissan 240sx(ka24de)
