This morning the temperature was about -13C. My brother jumps in the car to move it out of the driveway, he stalls it b/c he doesnt drive stick too well. So he pushes the button again with the clutch down and the car does the.. Vrrr che che che che sound. So i get in the car and press the button as well, it doesnt start. I wait for 5 minutes and then push the button again, it makes the "im not going to start" noise so i begin letting off on the clutch. The car sounds like its beginning to engage as i clutch in and out very slowly. (Im not in gear btw) After like 10 seconds of the che che che sound in combination with my clutching the car starts.
Now.. WTH could this be?! I have yet another problem i cannot discuss with the dealer b/c it cant be replicated. ( After the problematic start, the car was fine after).
I also JUST installed the injen intake, which i know has nothing to do with the starter (Hopefully) but im VERY worried at what they'll say.. Im kinda worried b/c when i threw in the heat shield, it was a really tight fit and i ended up scratching the side of the battery housing. ( Its just a scratch on the plastic of the battery housing unit) . Could they use this SMALL little thing agaisnt me?
Thanks for the help guys.
Im so not enjoying my owner ship of the A/C right now I did for the few days i had the injen in when nothing was troubling me.
