a/c may have died

the a/c blower in my new 92q works intermittently, and even when it does, the a/c is not cooling. changed the swict and the problem is the same. could it be a relay? please help.

Sounds like it might be 2 different problems. Blower is one circuit; compressor is another. Which switch did you change? Is the compressor engaging?

i changed the hvac unit and checked fuses, but the a/c only works when it wants too
