a/c malfunction

Lately when i've turned on the AUTO air setting nothing happens... I've waited a while and have changed the temperature and it does nothing. The only way it'll engage is if I manually hit the fan buttons then re-hit AUTO setting.... It's a weird quirk.... Anyone else have this issue?

i am not sure this is an solution, however if you have it set to a higher temp then outside it will wait until the engine temp is high enough to engage blowers, regardless if ac is on or off ..

I am not sure if this helps or fits the situation..

I hate the fact that you can not have a specific mode when auto is on it chooses for you, example when i have my heat on i like to have feet and front vents on but in auto only feet vents are on if you change modes it disconnects auto climate.
