hey i was looking around for an intake for my 08 a/c 6spd 2.5 and noticed that there are three so far. The injen ,fujita and weapon I havnt heard much about the fujita or weapon and i’ve heard both good and bad about the injen. From ur guys’ opinion which do u think is overall better? (Sound, mpg, hp,etc.)? oh yea also i was wondering if they were both CAI cuz i heard that they might be WAI?

there's also a Stillen intake too, they ALL are WAI because there's no room for CAI ........ you can go to youtube for sound clips, as far as HP and MPG, don't expect any noticeable gains

Not worth the money in my opinion, people always seem to rationalize money spent. Honestly, if you want the extra engine growl, great but don't expect any gains in HP..your butt dyno will prove that...but you can take it to a shop to prove your 2.8HP gain which is barely within tolerance.

Guys and Gals we have to face it, there isn't any real bolt on HP out there for us worth the money...YET

I have the Injen for my 2.5, and it's great. No horsepower noticeable gains as expected, fuel economy stayed the same, but the way it sounds is well worth it; as the car sounded like crap before. The heat shield hits the foam cover for the battery/ecu support, but thats no big deal since its foam. However, I tried contacting Injen to see if they could come up with any ideas so it wouldn't touch anything, and I've never heard from them. So if you want good customer service, don't get the Injen.

besides the WAI solution, you can wait for Turbo or supercharging. BTW, there's no need to create 2 identical threads in 2 different forums
