A/C in a S14 sr20det swap

I have a 95 240 sx se. I have a s14 blk top engine in route to be installed. Will I have any problems hooking up the a/c in my car? Will the 240's a/c compressor bolt up to the sr engine or must I use the sr's? Any problem with a/c line hook up?
