a/c heat switches

I recently replaced my temp control switch box. (not sure of the name, but it controls temp, a/c , heat, and which vent air blows out of) My problem remains the same as before; air only blows out of defrost vents. Whats the deal. Please help!!!

actuator for one of the vent doors is burnt out or one of the connections from the actuator and the door came off. either way you are going to have to pull your dash apart.
