A/C fan relay temps

Im about to install some electric fans, but I was gonna hook one up to the stock one and then have the other run off a thermostat, but then I started thinkin I could just use the same relays from the other fan. Does anyone know for sure what temps the A/C fan kicks on, Ive searched someone said 180, then someone else said 200, then someone else said 212, and which realay is which (Lower temp, Higher temp).
