Hello everyone. This is my first post and I just got the car. 114k 1997 Altima. Not sure if it's a GXE, XE, SE, or GLE. It has power everything, no sunroof, AM/FM cassette radio, cloth seats, wood trim dash, chrome door handles, no spoiler...

The A/C doesn't work no matter how long I leave it on. The fans blow but it doesn't get cold. Also the front right speaker and back left speaker don't work.

Could this all be electrical issues? My mechanic isn't in the area for now, any suggestions/ideas? Thank you for reading.

theres probably a leak somewhere. does your ac clutch engage when you turn the ac on? if it doesnt, then its most likely low on refrigerant. charge it up, then diagnose more from there.

for the speakers, its probably electrical. check the connections behind the head unit and at the speakers itself.
