Have to laugh about my newest electrical quirck. the blower fan won't go off at all....unless i shut the engine off.

put the A/c on manual... nothing... automatic...nothing.

Actually it is also staying on the high speed.

Any thoughts? This for the 94 Q.

I think that's the transistor pack that fits through the A/C evaporator case right behind the glove compartment. Call Joe for a replacement. One or two screws and a plug...

Good luck!

heath --- you're kidding, right...?

I'll try that--seems off the wall....but I don't know anything at all about this.... the blower seems to be going full boar. when I put it on manual....and try to adjust the blower down.--the number of "fans" goes down...but the blower keeps at the same speed..

I have had several electrical gremlins with this car...and they have all fixed themselves before I had a chance to do anything...

called scottsdale and ordered it.... sucker was 66 dollars...but he knew exactly what i needed and said it would be obvious once i got behind the glove compartment.

Thanks..... btw...I wish some other people would get on a bandwagon to have a "meet" at T3 in Atlanta... I need a reason to go.... oh...I had posted on another board about the defroster switch you were looking for....I have one if you want it...just get me your address and I will mail it.

i got the transistor pack from Joe...

installed it tonight..... working perfectly..

thanks again...

the 94 glove box removal is different than the 90.... it's actually pretty easy....but it confused me for a bit...

less than an hour to fix.... probably should have been 30-35 mintues...

My fan keeps going and it makes a ticking sound like it's hitting something when I turn it off. If I turn my car off and back on it goes away. Are these the same symptoms?

It must be an old post... I picked one up at some point, but then discovered that mine was binding because I'd routed the wire incorrectly for the V1 Display, so I have a spare too.

Thanks!
