My "A/C Switch" and "Air Recirculation Switch" doesnt stay clicked when I push them. They will stay if I mess with the harness behind them and like push it up. Do I need a whole new(er) A/C control panel?

probably easiest to just go pull one from a junkyard. Buttons wear out eventually.

Well, if they didnt work at all I guess I could see replacing it...but is that really the problem? Cause like I said, if I jiggle the harness in the back, the button will click in.

The S13 AC controls are mechanical buttons, so if they are not staying engaged, it's most likely a coicidence that wiggling the harness helps. Unless you like messing with this sort of thing, I'd replace the front panel. Think of the old-style tape decks with the mechanical buttons. If you ever took one apart, you'd know that they are a pain to get working properly again. Doesn't sound like an electrical problem: you're likely just stressing the front panel enough to catch a slider/pin/some sort of engagement mechanism.

Mine was doing the samething. Pulled one from the junkyard and..........still did the same thing. After further inspection the clip on the harness was broke and didn't stay plugged in. A little electrical tape solved my problem.
