A/C concerns w/electric fan HELP!!!

hey guys, i recently was talkin to some Secret Services about my setup which is a koyo rad. w. a 14in. permacool electric fan w/ thermostat relay. and i was told that when the a/c comes on i have to have some kind of fan come on, something about the pressure differences.( on a stock car the mech. fan is for cooling and the elec. fan for the a/c whenever u turn it on they said) my problem is i will be wiring the permacool to the relay so it comes on when the car gets hot, but what about when the a/c gets turned on and the fan isn't?

secret services said that they can make it so that the harnesss wiring service they are gonna do for me will have it so that when i hit the a/c button the fan will also turn on.

so the question is will the 2850cfm rated 14in. permacool be good enough for when the a/c is on and the car gets hot? or should i get a different setup?
