a/c compressors

The one in my G20 died and apparently they're pretty rare parts... fairly priced but the nearest one is 100 miles out. So I was wondering if a used compressor out of the Sentra would be interchangable with the dead one in my G20.

sr to sr both fwd, don't see why it would hurt...unless the sentra's has a seized clutch...
