unplug the connector on the compressor that will stop clutch engagement till you can replace the compressor. yes the compressor is shot.

if you undo the center bolt out of the clutch you can remove the contact plate and the rest of the pully will remain cause it is held on by a snap ring.

only the center piece(the large ring section) will come out with that bolt out try popping it out with a pocket screw driver. remember it is magnatized in and will take a bit of force to break it away. some of the compressors have a threaded hole slightly larger the the inside hole and you can use a bolt that size to drive in and push the clutch plate out.

could you tell if the hole in that plate had threads or not?
