My A/C compressor is blowing fuses (common for Zs I hear) so I'd like to replace the clutch. Anyone have the special removal tool for loan or rent? Anyone ever do this job? Is it DIY doable?

thanks!

Rich

Never done it, but if it's anything like the PS pump, it's gonna be a pain. Here's a link out of the FSM to the special tools required to completely service the A/C:

Apart from that, just continue through that section and there will be the specific "how to" on all component removals and replacements.
