A/C Blower Doesn't Work, Need Fan Control Amp.

My 1987 Nissan 300zx Turbo A/C was working fine, when the Low Speed stop working. Only the High Speed was working. Shortly after that, now neither speed works now. The A/C compressor work and Fuses look good as well. I did some research and I think its the
"Fan Control Amplifier" (Gold Box with Blue Label) It been sometime that I've been wanting to buy one in great condition but haven't had the money or anyone that has one for that matter. But I got some extra cash that I can spare now, so if anyone can help me, please give me a good price and I have PayPal.

Note: I tested the blower and it works, but no power. (override manually outside)
Note: A/C compressor clutch is turning when I it power ON.
Note: I bought some used but good Blue relays, (eBay but part hasn't arrived)

I've already called the local junk yards. These cars are rare where I live. Also tried EBay and z31performance forum. I'll just keep looking

Where is this located in the car? Is it a separate part or do I need to replace the whole control unit in the dash with all the buttons and the attached clock?
