A/C blower and radio combo issue?

I may be just hallucinating, but I believe this is happening in my 07 Altima. After never having the road noise adjustment setting turned on in the radio settings, I turned this option on. The next day, I noticed that the a/c was not blowing as strong as it should (it was cold, though...just less volume). I realized (randomly) to try to turn the radio setting off and viola! The a/c shows no signs of problems.

Is this random coincidence...or is there a funky electric issue going on here?

Do a google search to see if there were any TSBs regarding what you described. Not sure if what you've desribed is due to design.
