A/C blower acting lazy

Hi all - new old guy to this forum. I just discovered it the other day as a result of this blower problem. What a great resource for a great car. Have a '95 j30 with 158,000 mi. You may be hearing from me a few times because of a few issues, but right now the most pressing, since its in the high 90's in the south, is this blower doesn't seem to want to go at all. Sometimes, like today, it will blow at low speed. Compressor is working OK since there is cold air coming out, but now blower to push it out. I've seen something about a fan control amp behind the glove box going bad. Any ideas?

Does the blower look like its working on the display, ie does it show like 4 fan blades???

if your blower isnt bad (it might be) it coudl be the evaporator is clogged.

That's another problem. The display has been blank for about 3 years, but the a/c has worked without it till last week.

What wes said. Btu if that is not the case, there just may be a possability that your Climate control unit is simply bad, that was a problem with me, the screen was blank, but it would still turn on but i had close to no control of the A/C or the heat.
