A/C and heater blower concerns

Ok my a/c and heat work fine but when i turn the blower up to 2 clicks to 4 clicks (full blast) weather or not its a/c, blower or heater it makes a clicking noise from right around the blower/core (under dash).

Anyone have any ideas?

Oh an also on door vents (s14 only--the non-centered vents) do nto blow very strongly AT ALL. Is there anything IMparticular that could cause this? I followed the ducting and saw no hold ups accept lots of dust that I want to clean out.

the noise is eithe a leaf or tree stem in your blower unit. undo the three bolts that hold it up in the box drop it down and clean it out. if you find nothing in there it could be the motor bearing. as far as your vents go. does it blow strong out of the center vents if so it just may be the way it is . those vents are much further away from the source of air flow. try closing off the center vents or blocing them. If the air flow significantly increases at the outter vents I suspect that that is just the nature of the system.
