Does anyone out there know of a person or persons that can reman an ac amplifier?

Do you know of a good source to get a used one, I have decided Ebay is full of cons.

A/C quit after a radio install and it is driving me nuts, all new sensors in and out, new High-Pressure switch, Freon charge correct, tried a used supposedly working amplifier, no go, PDM good, power to relay good at PDM fuse, wire from PDM to compressor good, will jump ok, it is as if the ac relay is not receiving signal when you turn ac on. Everything my manual says points to Amp. AC compressor clicks 5 times as it should in test mode.

Baffled. Any thoughts?

You'll need to define "quit" a little better. Is it just your blower that isn't working, or is the system down? There is a Blower Relay but it's in the back of the fuse box, not the IPDM. The Accessory Relay shares the same supply, the heavy White/Black wire from the Ignition Switch. The Blower Relay output goes to the two fuses, so if they have juice with the key on, the relay is good. The links to the SM don't seem to be working, but here's where the blower power comes from...

...and here's where it goes:

Most likely, this is a damaged ribbon cable. The ribbon cable is attached to the box that handles the climate controls. The dealer will only sell you a climate control box with the cable (expensive) but you can buy the ribbon cable separately on EBay. I bought the cable (about $30) and replaced it myself; there is a YouTube video that shows you how to do it.
