A/C Aftermarket Hood - Any Good One Out There Yet

Hey all,

I remember a while back a thread on an after market hood with draw vents on each side. Did that ever come to pass?

I did a search but couldn't find the thread. Any help much appreciated.

there is a carbon fibre hood somewhere for the car... its oem style tho

i want one thats not FULL carbon fibre..maybe i have to buy the hood and paint the sides..

VIS makes a carbon fiber hood for the 07+ Altima. Dunno how good the fitment is on all the altimas though. Extreme Dimensions was working on the one with vents, I believe

Are the vents to cool the air in the engine compartment?

A vented carbon fiber hood is coming out by Extreme Dimensions pretty soon. Its taking a bit longer due to the carbon fiber.
